Shipping & returns

We want your bloob to arrive safely! Here’s how our shipping and returns work.


Production & Shipping Time

We currently offer shipping to the United States. As Studio Bloob grows, we will expand our shipping to more countries.

All Studio Bloob items are made to order through our production partner, Tapstitch. This means your item is created specifically for you after your order is placed.


Because of this process, production and shipping can take time.

All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. It can take a few days for tracking information to be updated. 


Typical timeline:

Production: 3–10 business days

Shipping: 4–14 days depending on destination

Most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks, but in rare cases it may take up to 4 weeks.

We appreciate your patience while your bloob is being created. 


Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made specifically for the person who ordered it, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change-of-mind purchases.

We strongly recommend checking the size chart before ordering. Detailed size charts are included with each item to help you find the best fit. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to message us before ordering. We're happy to help you choose.



Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs/duties, any refund may be subject to deductions for original shipping costs and return fees.



Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at studio@bloob.haus and we will work with the carrier to locate it.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. We recommend contacting your local carrier or post office.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the damage and we will work to resolve the issue.


P.O. Boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery. 


Order Changes

Because orders go into production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed. If you need to adjust something, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
