1. How long will my order take to arrive?

Studio Bloob items are made to order through our production partner, Tapstitch.

Production usually takes 3–10 business days, and shipping takes 4–14 days depending on your location.

Most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks, though in rare cases it may take up to 4 weeks.

During holidays and peak times, orders may take longer to arrive. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

 

2. How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size chart to help you choose the best fit.

Some of our items fit oversized, while others run smaller, so please refer to the size charts carefully. We also provide the model height to give you a better idea of how each garment fits.

If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering and we’ll gladly help.

 

3. Are your clothes comfortable and sensory friendly?

Comfort is extremely important to us. Studio Bloob garments are chosen for softness, breathability, and durability, and we personally test-wear and wash many of our pieces to make sure they hold up to real life.

 

4. Are your designs gender neutral?

Yes! Studio Bloob designs are gender-expansive and meant for anyone who connects with them. We encourage people to wear whatever feels most like themselves.

 

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because items are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for size issues or change-of-mind purchases.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.

 

6. Can I request a custom color or garment?

Often yes! If you see a design you like but want it on a different color or garment, feel free to reach out. If it's possible within our production system, we’re happy to try to make it happen.

 

7. How should I care for my garment?

Studio Bloob garments are machine washable.

For best longevity we recommend:

- washing cold

- turning the garment inside out when washing

- tumble dry on low setting or air drying

- avoid ironing directly on the design
